Private Yoga is a one‑to‑one session designed to cater specifically to your individual needs and goals. Your instructor will craft each pose sequence and breathing exercise to suit your experience level, flexibility, and strength.
These personalised sessions allow for deeper alignment work, targeted adjustments and a pace that suits you, making them ideal for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with adjustable springs to provide resistance, helping to build strength, flexibility and balance.
The carriage glides along rails, allowing for smooth, controlled movements that target deep stabilising muscles.
We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes. Each level builds on the previous one, focusing on increasing strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Please review class descriptions before booking to choose the right level for you.
We equip each studio with six reformers, and classes are limited to six participants to ensure everyone gets ample instructor attention.
This ratio maintains safety and quality.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of a session will incur a late‑cancel fee of 50% of the session cost. No‑shows are charged the full session fee.
To reschedule, log in to your account, select the booking, and choose a new time slot.
You can reschedule up to 12 hours before the session.
Yes, you may transfer a booking to another person by updating the participant details in your account or contacting us.
Please notify us as soon as possible. If it’s more than 2 hours before your session, we can reschedule without penalty.
Bookings open 30 days in advance, and you can book up to 2 sessions per day per account.
