FAQs

What levels do you offer?

We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes. Each level builds on the previous one, focusing on increasing strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Please review class descriptions before booking to choose the right level for you.

How big are the classes?

Our group classes are capped at 12 participants to maintain personalised attention and ensure safety.

This small size allows instructors to provide individual adjustments.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and grippy socks if you have them.

If you don’t have your own mat, we provide studio mats and props.

Can I drop in or do I need a membership?

You can book a single drop‑in class or purchase a membership/package for better value.

Drop‑ins are billed at the standard single‑class rate.

What if I arrive late?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to settle in. Late arrivals may be admitted at the instructor’s discretion to avoid disruption.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, you may forfeit your session.
